Most users will receive an email invitation to create an account and automatically join a WalkWise group. Click on the link within the email, re-enter your email address, and click Send Verification Code. The verification code will be sent to the email address you entered. Input the verification code and enter. The email address is now verified. Click Continue and create a password. The password must contain three of the following: lower case letter, uppercase letter, number, or symbol and be 8-14 characters long. From here you will be redirected to log in to WalkWise.
Manually creating an account #
To manually create a WalkWise account, click the Sign Up Now button on the Login screen. Enter an email and click Send Verification Code. A code will be sent to the email entered. Input the code and click Verify Code. Create your password which must contain three of the following: lower case letter, uppercase letter, number, or symbol and be 8-14 characters long. From here you will be redirected to login to WalkWise.
To gain access to a group when you manually create an account, an admin will need to add you to the group using the email you used to sign up for the WalkWise account.
Forgotten password #
Click the Reset Password button on the Login screen. Enter the email address associated with your WalkWise account and click Send Request. If an account exists for this email address, an email will be sent containing a link. Remember to check any junk mail folders for this email.
Click the link in the email, enter your email address again, use the verification code to verify your email and provide a new password for your account.
Click the Logout button in the top right corner of the page to log out of the account. If the browser remains idle for more than 15 minutes, the account will be automatically logged out.
