The Person Overview page is accessed by clicking on a name from the sidebar under a group. This page contains sections showing the current walking data, analytics, person tags, data charts and lists, notification rules, and person settings. This page contains the combined data of the person’s assigned devices.
Today’s Current Distance #
The distance moved today (since midnight) is shown as a circle, with the circle becoming full when the daily distance goal has been met. This figure combines all devices assigned to the person. Configure the daily distance goal in the Person Settings area.
If devices are not within range of a Node, this daily total may not be up to date.
Last Motion #
Last Motion indicates when the last time any device assigned to the person moved. The background will be grey if there is no recent communication with any devices.
Night Owl Score & Night Distance #
This section displays the Night Owl Score from the previous night, as well as the distance moved the previous night (9pm to 6am). This is calculated by combining the data from all devices a person is using. To see the night activity for a single device, click on that device under Assigned Devices or the sidebar.
Person Tags #
Apply tags to a person that indicate if they have additional mobility aids, any concerns, and to indicate their living and social settings. Tags are useful to relay information to team members about the user.
Data Charts & Lists #
The chart is a visual representation of data over time that can be customized by time frame and metric. In the person view, this chart will combine all the data collected from the assigned devices, but only data collected after the device was assigned to the person. On the calendar to the left, select the date you would like the data to end on. Choose the time frame on the drop-down menu: 1 day (hour by hour), 14 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. The next dropdown menu contains the metrics available for viewing (Distance, Duration, Night Distance, or Night Owl Score).
To see individual movements, choose 1 day and move the toggle to List. This will show a list of the time, distance, and duration of movement during that day for each device assigned to the person. The raw data can be downloaded in csv format using the Download symbol in the top right corner of the chart.
A spreadsheet can be generated to show when the person is active on an hourly basis over a period of days. To download an hourly report, click on the report symbol in the top right corner of the chart. Choose to see the data by distance (feet/meters) or by duration (seconds). Choose a date range for the report and click generate. This will download an Hourly Totals Report.
Person Settings #
The Person Settings area allows for adjustment of any additional information, the daily Distance Goal, and the Time Zone of the person. Click the Edit Person button to change any of these settings, making sure to click Edit Person to save. Additional information added to a person will be included in email notifications related to the person or any of their devices.
To move a person from one group to another, click Delete or Move Person and using the drop-down menu, choose another group to add the person to. Click Move Person to complete the move. All assigned devices will also be moved. Admin access to both groups is required in order to complete this task. If you do not have additional groups for your account but would like those set up, please contact WalkWise.
Click Delete Person to remove the person from the current group. Removing a person will return the devices to the group under unassigned, keeping the device names.
